Would the world be safer if we all carried the same rights as police?

In Australia there are some cops that are really great but there are other cops that are pretty bad and are nothing but propper bustards. With me I had this one cop that no matter what I said he would not believe a word I said and I ended up in the watch house. THe next day when it came to court the judge threw it out of court and the son of a ***** of a cop was put over the coals for it and I was paid compo and so Ithere is a lot of police brutality but you dont get to hear about it so much. I believe we should all carry the same rights whether we are a cop or civilian.
