What are the options i have for getting rid of the CEL after installing headers?

From what I see of the setup, the o2 sensors are both before the cat. This is making the car "think" the cat is bad. I bet you have a p0420 code. Either move the rear o2 sensor behind the cat. Or get an o2 simulator. Be warned. If your area does emissions, the simulator may cause you to fail if a visual inspection is performed.
