Black labs......right for me?

we will have about 3 acres, a decent sized house. the dog will live inside but have much outdoor acess. we have owned a black lab before, he was the sweetest, but we have to make major changes.now we will have the acreage. in the summer, we will be home 24/7. and we be left alone for 9-1130, and then an hour and a half with someone home, and another 2 and a half hours with noby home. every minute we have will be dedicated to him. I have done so much research. i have a family member who was an owner of a dog daycare, dog kennel, and fostered numerous dogs until they got a home. she has 3 dogs now. so, am i suited for a black lab? PS: should we get one or 2 siblings (sisters)
