How do you "punish" an errant agent who took away 90% of your bond?

Lets say your bond is 600$, and they just keep deducting for cleaning, "damages" to furniture, "locksmiths", some totally @#$king ridiculous charges.. how do you screw them over like they think they did to you? Seriously teach them a lesson not to bully tenants.
