SCIENCE FAIR HELP PLEASE SPROUTS GROWING?

haha ok me and my friends are doing the clic"grow plants to music" for our science fair. we are running out of time..and need to grow plants quickly, such as a sprout or bean. any reccomendations? (that grow VERy quicky) thanks
