Are my budgies bonded or bonding!!!!!?

Ok I have 2 bugies one of each gender and I have noticed that the male has been very interested in the female at first he regurgitated into her and preened each other but recently (past week or two) he has tried to feed her and after he does it she will peck him off and now it is two the point where he doesn't even try bt they still preen each other. Just what does it sound like to you I am just wondering thanks!
