M Phil in Madras University?

I have finished my PG in 1994 and now I would like to do my M Phil in madras university or any other college in regular. Is there anybody completed M Phil Botany in M U or in any other college in chennai? If so please let me know the procedure of admission,details of entrance exam, fee structure etc.
