Is both cynder moon the same person?

Just a few minutes ago I saw on Ripley's believe it(in India) a woman called cynder moon performing some freak electric shows.When I searched about her on the net,I found out another cynder moon who is an "ADULT" performer is also there.Are both the same or different people?
