Some kind of BITE?

My cousin got a bite on her leg and she said it hurts a bit but not really alot. There is a red bite mark and surrounding the bite is a deep red. then there is a normal area and then another pinkish purple around it. Kinda looks like a bullseye. Any idea on what it could be? Thanks. WHATT THE FCK IS IT?!??
