Bow Hunting with a Ladder Stand?

They will know something is up, as they always will if there's a hunter close by, but they are not going to notice it enough to turn the other way or take off. That's a really good ladder stand. I actually use a stick ladder and if deer are moving slowly enough they tend to notice it, but they don't leave or anything.
