Should I get a tatoo of the country Spain or a tatoo of the slogan "Poder Blanco" on my right upper arm?

I'm so undecided,but I know for sure I dont want two tatoos. The tatoo of Spain will simply be an outline of the shape of Spain,but in the middle will say Hispania,The tatoo of the slogan 'Poder Blanco" will be in medium dimensions.Give me all your honest feedback!
