If I were to restore my foreskin, would I regain any the feelings on my glans?

I was circised as an infant. As a result, (Or I ume so) I've lost almost all of the feeling on the head of my . If I were to begin the process of restoring my foreskin, would I regain any of this? Or is the damage done?
