I'm trying to install sims 2 into my computer...?

it says i have to type in the code found on the back of the box on the bottom left hand side, but that is where the rating is. I know there are numbers on the upper right hand side of the back of the case, but i tried all of them the ISBN code, the one below the car code, but none of them seem to work. Can you please, PLEASE help me!
