How to get child support for daycare expenses(please help)10pts?

So my toddler has a deadbeat dad.And I've moved on already and took him to court for child support.And no I'm no a gold digger or whatever,so no rude comments.This is his child to so he needs to help support.Now I only get close to $300 a month.And my child's daycare alone cost $600 per month.I was a full time student and just got a new job for the summer where I be making much more than minimum wage.I called the c/s lady and asked her if I make say $800 a month will they order him to help out with the daycare and she said no because "how will you have money to live".Then she says they don't order the other parent to help with daycare if the custodial is not paying for it.However I do pay half which is all the money that I get from c/s and some.He was suppose to provide health insurance and didn't even do that and they still haven't forced him to either.ANd he has never bought my child anything diapers,milk,food,shoes,clothes.He never paid not one medical bill.He is a true deadbeat and only pays c/s because he has to.Then he gets away with paying much less than 50% of what it cost to raise our child.Anyway my question is how can I take some of the stress off of my mom.My mom has to pay half the daycare and I have to pay half plus I pay everything else my child needs.While her dad doesn't have to pay a cent for daycare.If anybody can please give me some suggestions on what I can do to get help paying for daycare?Also I called to ask about daycare istance at dss or whatever and they said I just need to be working 20 hours a week.If I get that will they go by just my income or my moms?And will they ultimately go after him for the part of the daycare cost? because I think they should.They said they were going to automatically put my daughter on his insurance to as primary but still haven't.Any info on getting daycare istance will help?p.s I think that little rule or whatever is pretty stupid because they basically said if I don't make well over the daycare cost and start paying it in full and be able to prove it then he doesn't have to help pay for it.I mean somebody still has to pay for it,yet they won't make him help pay for.I think deadbeats get off too easy most of the time.They are allowed to pay little to nothing while us women have to work our es off just to get them to pay part of the daycare cost.
