Downloaded Minihost to run a VST synth, but theres no sound coming out...?

Im looking for a free synthesizer/keyboard program so i tried Minihost. Im running a VST plugin called Abakos but theres no sound coming out :( there wasnt any sound coming out to begin with but still. Any ideas whats wrong?
