Did you take any notice of this statement from Tony Blair?

About a month ago, he made a statement to the effect that he would be bringing 1, 500 british troops home from Iraq which the public were overjoyed at. cheered tony Blair. Then he made a short statement a day or two later, that he is considering sending more troops to Afghanistan. Would you think that was two faced.of him?
