Am I hypoglycemic if i have episodes of shakiness?

I get shaky and have constant stomach aches. My blood is usually 70 but I've never tested it during an episode. Diabetes runs in my family. During my episodes I feel nauseous and my pulse beats unusually fast. My whole body shakes and I have trouble swallowing. Help please!
