The vapor pressure of a liquid in a closed container depends on which of the following?

It won't be a or b. It's an equilibrium between two phases, and in any such equilibrium, it doesn't matter how much of each phase is present. The vapor pressure does depend on temperature; think of humidity going up on a hot day. And as you point out, it does also depend on the intermolecular forces between the molecules.
